Historic Homes
The older Salt Lake neighborhoods are full of houses worth keeping. They are also full of knob-and-tube, balloon framing, plaster over lath, and floor plans built for a life nobody lives anymore.
Bringing one of those forward without stripping out what made it worth buying is a specific skill, and it is the work we enjoy most. It is also the work where an honest budget matters more than anywhere else, because nobody can tell you what is behind the plaster until it is open.
